It can be tough to know when it's time to move on from your current job. Worrying about making the wrong decision, or about what will happen if you do leave. But at the same time you feel the emotional drag and suffering of not leaving. You are not alone.

I was in the same position. Sitting on the fence, wondering if I should leave or not. I had sought professional advices and hearing feedbacks and suggestions from friends. Yet, I was still at a lost. Eventually I compiled a list of the questions to help me analyze my own situation. I used it as a guideline to understand my emotions about my job and its future in the job.

Running through this assessment provide a more analytical way to help you to think through and look deeper into the reasons not purely based off emotions and impulse. This checklist includes questions about your current situation, your emotions, and what's important to you.
